Principle Accountabilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, technology providers, and other financial institutions.

  Lead the analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making across all business units, ensuring the effective use of data to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and identify new business opportunities.

  Oversee the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning.

• 
  Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that can enhance the bank's digital capabilities and competitive edge.

  Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data governance, data quality, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• 
  Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform partnership strategies and analytics initiatives.

• 
  Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering mutual trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

  Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and recommendations related to partnerships and analytics.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 
  Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on partnerships and analytics.

  Deep understanding of data analytics and digital transformation in the banking sector.

• 
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
