Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Lead and manage the flight scheduling and dispatch team, ensuring operational excellence.
- Drive team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure accurate flight briefs, weather analysis, and route planning.
- Monitor flight progress and provide real-time operational support during irregularities.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support:
- Ensure compliance with Aviation regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain and update operational manuals and documentation.
- Support audits and compliance monitoring for ground operations.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Act as liaison between flight crews, maintenance, and ground handling providers.
- Ensure team is delivering superior customer service and timely communication with VIP clients regarding flight schedules.
- Emergency & Irregular Operations:
- Participate in contingency planning and crisis response activities.
- Minimum 5 years in flight dispatch and/or scheduling (business aviation preferred), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in flight planning systems and aviation regulations (dispatch certification preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
