About The Function
This function is to direct and oversee the Company’s accounting activities on both the cost and financial sets of accounts based on statutory requirements and auditing policies. Implement and incorporate areas for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in work environment.

About The Function

What You Will Need To Succeed
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Finance Head in the hotel industry at a Cluster Level in Middle East.
- Should have degree in Commerce or Accounting field / Masters in Business Administration.
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)/ Member of a recognized institute.
- Experienced in handling multiple business units and high volume transactions
- Innovative thinking & high level of communication.
- Expert in leading a shared services team
- Speak, show and live based on the Roveprint.
- Take ownership in your role, lead by example. Be a Rovester!
- Ensure achievement of business goals – Financial, Non-Financial and Initiatives.
- Completion of projects on time, within budget and based on set quality standards.
- Realizing cost efficiencies.
