• Reporting to the Director of Business Services, the Head of Finance is responsible for running the Coca-Cola Arena’s Finance & Administration Department efficiently and proactively on a day-to-day basis.
• To support the Director of Business Services on long-term strategy and departmental growth.
• A strong emphasis will be placed on effective leadership, efficient and transparent accounting practices, financial planning & strategy, establishing financial policies and procedures, and having an overview of the activities and budgets for each department.
• The ability to train, develop, coach and mentor members of the Finance department is essential.

You should have: 

• Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Qualified Accountant – ACA, CIMA or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate reporting, FP&A or management accounting
• 2 years’ experience managing >=5 people
• Strong experience in financial reporting
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
• Experience of using Microsoft ERP Solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic will be a plus
