We need a Head of Growth who can unlock their full potential, build scalable systems, and drive exponential revenue growth. This is not a “set up a few dashboards” role — this is about engineering growth at scale through relentless execution, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of product, sales, marketing, and brand.
About The Role
We’re looking for a high-impact Head of Growth to build and optimize our sales operations, processes, and marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders, CEO, and leadership team to fix bottlenecks, scale sales, and position Solidgate as the category leader.
This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, executional rigor, and strategic vision. You will create and refine the infrastructure that enables our sales team to sell faster, better, and smarter. You will also work closely with marketing to ensure brand and demand generation efforts align with revenue goals.

What You’ll Own
- Sales Operations & GTM Infrastructure
- Design and implement a scalable, repeatable sales process that reduces friction and maximizes conversion.
- Optimize our CRM, pipeline management, and data tracking to provide real-time insights and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Eliminate friction in deal flow shortening sales cycles and increasing conversion rates.
- Establish forecasting, metrics, and reporting to improve decision-making and sales predictability.
- Process Engineering & Sales Enablement
- Build a world-class sales playbook that ensures consistency and efficiency across all reps.
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks slowing down the sales cycle.
- Develop training, coaching, and playbooks that turn sales teams into elite operators.
- Integrate automation, AI, and CRM optimizations to 10x sales rep productivity.
- Growth, Marketing & Brand
- Align sales, leadgen, and marketing into a cohesive demand-gen and inbound strategy
- Build scalable lead generation and funnel optimization strategies to accelerate deal flow.
- Strengthen Solidgate’s brand positioning in fintech—making us the go-to solution for digital businesses.
- Build and work closely with content and PR teams to turn brand equity into revenue.
- Proven experience in sales operations, revenue growth, or GTM strategy in a high-growth B2B/SaaS or fintech environment.
- Deep expertise in sales process optimization, pipeline management, and automation.
- Strong data-driven mindset — you love analyzing numbers and turning them into action.
- Ability to align sales, marketing, and brand efforts into a cohesive, high-velocity growth strategy.
- Experience working with high-performance sales teams and maximizing their efficiency.
