Role Overview:

What Will You Be Doing:

HR Operations and Compliance:

• Initially this position will be the sole HR role in UAE but eventually this role will be responsible for building and leading a team in the day-to-day HR operational activities for the company, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication with Operations and other departments.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and value;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Help guide and set up payroll processes working with internal teams / external providers.
  
  
  

Employee Relations:

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
  
  

Reporting & Analytics:

• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management, identifying trends and recommending improvements
• Provide on request compensation analysis on various employees groups and build relevant business cases
• Manage the HR information system, ensuring all the data are updated and accurate
  
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
