Al Rostamani Trading Company is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citroën across the UAE with Sales, Service and Parts outlets able to serve its customers throughout the country.

Job Purpose

The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving brand growth and business performance through integrated marketing strategies that maximize revenue, lead generation, and ROI. This role ensures alignment with commercial goals by using data-driven insights and focusing on measurable outcomes such as market share and lead-to-revenue conversion. It leads the marketing team in executing impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement. The role develops and implements marketing plans aligned with the business strategy, supporting the sales function. It also ensures campaigns adhere to Al Rostamani Group’s policies and overall business objectives. Additionally, the role enhances the image, awareness, and consideration of ARTC, its brands, and services through consistent, impactful communication across all channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate with various other marketing functions (including shared services) and marketing vendors to drive campaign execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Group Marketing Policies and Procedures for all activities.
  • Manage marketing services administration through collaboration with cross-functional support teams like finance, legal and IT.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all spending is within approved parameters, justified and efficient.
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, group marketing, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate to target audiences.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance, track ROI, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop booth strategies, promotional materials, and presentations to effectively showcase products and engage with prospects and customers.
  • Provide sales team with marketing support, including lead generation activities, customer insights, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Set clear objectives and measurement metrics for all marketing campaigns that align with the business and group objectives.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to monitor marketing performance, media purchases, and the efficiency of campaigns and activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital platforms, data management, and data mining initiatives to drive targeted marketing strategies and support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-actions and synergies with other entities within the Al Rostamani Group to maximize collaboration, efficiency, and brand impact.
  • Manage media planning and buying activities, ensuring effective allocation of budgets and maximizing return on investment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree. Marketing Specialization is preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years marketing experience in reputed organization in a leadership position
  • Related Industry experience is a must

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform via written, oral, visual and social media
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and sales support.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and ecosystem. Data-driven decision-making approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to create standard marketing plans and drop schedules and calendars.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, content creation, SEO, SEM would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
  • Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic or other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, usage of reporting tools like excel, power BI, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
