About the role
The primary focus of the Head of transformation for MEA is to assess the strengths and weakness, develop a sales strategy and to accelerate our distribution channel to grow and expand Dyson distribution in Middle East and Africa .
He/She will be required to engage with Marketing, Retail, Direct Sales and other business functions to develop MEA’s plan and activities. this newly established and key position, you'll report to the MEA Managing Director. You will possess the capability to spot new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and lead the formulation and execution of strategies for business expansion.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a Business Plan for MEA
Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with company goals
Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition
Assess Market opportunities and feasibility of growth.
Identify and implement the best business model to achieve the MEA growth target. Partner with key stakeholders.
Engage with internal stakeholders to implement the business and lead the Market project.
Understand business model profitability through the regular use of a ROI tracker
Identify and implement the best business model to achieve the MEA growth target. Partner with key stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and manage team efforts for effective business development
Driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share
Develop an annual business plan that sets out the key strategic aims for Dyson and the partners
Deliver forecasts that account for; sales trends, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, NPD and product exits
Manage and regularly monitor the product mix to ensure profit targets are met
Understand partner profitability through the regular use of a margin tracker
Deliver compelling, well thought through and inspiring presentations to the MEA partner
Build the Joint Business Plan of the customers and align each department through it (sales, marketing, supply chain and operations, and finance).
Hold regular face to face meetings with the retailers
Organise and deliver regular Business Reviews between senior personnel at Dyson and the retailer
Work with internal departments to drive through agreed customer initiatives
Take the initiative to find new customers / channel / partner
Achieve high standards for the Dyson brand in all sectors
Work closely with Marketing to rise brand awareness across MEA
Maximise shopper and consumer understanding through MEA Partner landscape
Regularly monitor and interpret sales data to improve compliance, performance
Look to increase the distribution of products with our partners
Prepare for and attend trade fairs for both end customers and retailers to expand the customer base
About You
Experience & Competencies

Commercial /Retail/Sales experience in MEA
University Degree
