Optimal Innovation began as a fintech-focused software development company, building secure payment solutions for high-risk merchants such as iGaming operators, sports betting platforms, crypto traders, and online casinos. Over the years, we grew beyond payments into a full-service partner for our clients, handling everything from customer support to digital marketing, payment operations, and account management.

What sets us apart is our commitment to quality and fairness. In an industry where players often feel restricted or undervalued, we built a culture of listening to players, providing excellent support, and never limiting withdrawals, no matter the size. This principle has helped us earn the trust of both merchants and end-users.

Today, with operations spanning India and Bangladesh and company registrations in Belize and Armenia, we are scaling rapidly. Our next chapter is centered in Armenia, where we are setting up a new office and expanding our team to build some of the most player-centric iGaming brands in the region.

About The Brands

We currently manage operations for two iGaming brands in India:

  • Brand 1: Built on the BetConstruct platform (18 months old).
  • Brand 2: Built on the 1xBet platform (24 months old).

Both operate under an Anjouan Gaming License. Together, they serve 500–800 active players each and generate up to €200,000 in monthly GGR.

While these numbers are modest by industry standards, our vision is to grow aggressively across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India and then expand into Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. The brands are young but have the advantage of being nimble, adaptable, and strongly committed to player satisfaction.

Primary Objectives

  • Scale revenues across existing and new markets.
  • Deeply understand the player lifecycle, their problems, and retention levers.
  • Launch and localize operations across South Asia.
  • Build and manage a world-class operations team in Armenia.
  • Establish sustainable processes for growth, compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Strategic Direction
  • Define and execute clear growth strategies for India and expansion markets.
  • Monitor KPIs such as deposit volume, ARPU, retention, churn, and player LTV.
  • Align promotions, partnerships, and campaigns to ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Player Lifecycle Management
  • Map and analyze the full player journey — acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn.
  • Identify player pain points and resolve them with proactive support, bonuses, UX changes, and community engagement.
  • Create retention frameworks through referral systems, VIP management, rewards, and personalized experiences.
  • Market Launch & Localization
  • Lead expansion into Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
  • Hire and manage local teams, affiliates, and partners for regional rollout.
  • Customize offers, payment methods, and content for each geography.
  • Marketing Leadership
  • Drive acquisition across digital, affiliate, influencer, and offline channels.
  • Oversee content, creatives, and community management.
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS by source and geography.
  • Payments & Operations
  • Oversee payment flows, wallets, agents, and cash networks.
  • Implement and optimize UPI, wallets, cards, crypto, and local payment methods.
  • Reduce chargebacks, improve conversion, and ensure instant payouts.
  • Cost Optimization & Process Excellence
  • Evaluate and optimize vendor, marketing, and operational spend.
  • Automate workflows in CRM, affiliate reporting, and customer support.
  • Build SOPs and escalation matrices for every process.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Establish and scale an office in Armenia from scratch.
  • Build cross-functional teams across 20+ departments (support, affiliates, BI, CRM, antifraud, marketing, legal, HR, etc.).
  • Train and mentor leaders, set KPIs, and instill a high-performance culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in iGaming / Sportsbook / Casino.
  • Strong understanding of the player lifecycle — how to attract, convert, retain, and re-engage users.
  • Proven record of launching or scaling iGaming brands in South Asia.
  • Experience with affiliates, performance marketing, payments, and compliance.
  • Hands-on operator who is comfortable with micro-management in startup phases but can scale into strategic leadership.
  • Strong communicator and decision-maker with experience building multicultural teams.

Nice To Have

  • Exposure to crypto and regional wallets.
  • Familiarity with SEA compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools for fraud prevention or personalization.
