We’re Hiring: Sales & Partnerships Associate at Karak with Mahreen

Karak with Mahreen is one of the region’s fastest-growing South Asian media platforms — with over 200M+ views, a loyal creator community, and conversations that spark culture, identity, and connection.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to join our growing team and help us take things to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

– Identify and pitch to relevant brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators

– Build and manage strong relationships with agencies and partners

– Lead outreach efforts for podcast sponsorships, events, and branded content

– Collaborate on creative brand integration ideas that feel organic, not like ads

– Help shape the partnerships strategy across multiple formats (podcasts, reels, campaigns, events)

Who You Are:

– A relationship-builder who’s not afraid to pitch and follow up

– Someone who understands the media/content space and brand storytelling

– Experienced in partnerships (1+ years preferred)

– Organized, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus if you:

– Have prior experience working in media, content, or influencer marketing

– Are based in Dubai or the UAE

– Are familiar with the South Asian creator or culture space
