Head of Product Delivery

The Head of Product Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our products. This leadership role bridges the gap between product strategy and execution, ensuring that our product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in agile product delivery, cross-functional team management, and stakeholder collaboration, ideally within the crypto or fintech sectors.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Strategic Leadership & Vision
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the product delivery strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Translate high-level product strategy into executable plans and ensure alignment across teams.
• Team Management & Development
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of product managers, project managers, analysts, and cross-functional specialists.
• Ensure the ongoing integration of a Product-Engineering culture
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agile methodology, and high performance.
• Project & Program Oversight
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple product initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain a portfolio view of initiatives, and the optimisation of resources allocated to them.
• Implement best practices in project management, risk management, and quality assurance to optimize delivery processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet delivery targets and improve outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, technology, operations, and executive leadership.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and successes.
• Process & Innovation
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation in product delivery.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous product improvement.
• Regulatory & Compliance Coordination
• Ensure that all product delivery processes comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to integrate regulatory requirements into product development cycles.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or […]; an advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  
  

Years of experience:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, delivery, or related leadership roles, with a significant portion in fintech or a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, scalable fintech products to market.
