Head Of Production - HIGH Salary & 100% Ad Revenue Share - Youtube Personal Brand

I am looking for a Head of production that “has already done it” to help me scale my personal brand on Youtube & other platforms. 

This is NOT a regular job post you would find anywhere else, as you can read from the title.

I will explain this better in the next steps, but as you can read in the title, I am planning to give you 100% ad revenue share of my youtube channel(on top of a fixed salary) in order for you to have a massive upside and because I couldn't care less about making a couple Mil per year more in profit, I want to build this asset for the long term with the intent of making Billions off of it.

IMPORTANT 2: 

I don’t plan to sell courses or stuff like that, I am here to play big. If it’s not going to make me hundreds of millions/billions it does not make sense, and courses don’t get you there. I plan to monetize my audience eventually though, probably with a software/AI or something in that direction as evaluations are the highest there. But not in the short term, as good will compounds faster than money does, like our good friend Hormozi says.

IMPORTANT 3: Ignore any type of content I have put out until now on youtube, those were low effort tests.

Now let’s get into the actual details

Requirements:

-You have been the Head Of Production/similar roles, for at least 1 big name in the youtube space

-(Ideally) In the business niche

-Ready to commit full time

-Open to moving to Dubai/or Already living here

-Leadership and Team Building Skills - Proven experience in building and managing production teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring

-Experience with optimizing and repurposing content across multiple platforms

What you’ll be in charge of:

I work 14 hours a day almost every day but I have a limited amount of time that I can dedicate to my personal brand. This is because my main focus will still be, for the next year, my ecommerce company.

This is why I am looking for a star, not even an A player, to really drive the growth of my personal brand.

As the Head of Production for my personal brand, you will be the strategic leader and executional powerhouse behind everything related to content and its growth. 

Here’s what you’ll be in charge of:

1. Content Strategy and Planning

-Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for YouTube and other social media platforms.

Identify content opportunities based on trends, analytics, and my personal expertise.

-Plan a consistent and scalable content calendar aligned with my vision and audience growth goals.

2. Video Production Oversight

-Own the end-to-end production process for all video content.

-Coordinate pre-production, including scripting, storyboarding, and setting up filming schedules.

-Ensure high-quality production standards by managing filming, editing, and post-production workflows.

3. Content Distribution and Repurposing

-Repurpose YouTube content for other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

-Work with editors to create platform-specific content, such as short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

4. Team Building and Leadership

-Build and manage a small, efficient team to support content creation, editing, and distribution as we grow.

-Create processes to ensure smooth collaboration and maintain a high-quality output.

5. Audience Growth and Engagement

-Implement strategies to grow followers, subscribers, and engagement across platforms.

-Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize growth.

6. Operational Management

-Ensure deadlines are met and the content pipeline is consistently flowing.

-Manage budgets for production and any outsourced resources.

-Coordinate with me to align content goals with my overall vision while respecting my limited availability.

The Team:

There is no team for now, before we even get started I was planning to hire an editor and a data entry to help you out with low leverage stuff. I am open to hiring other people too if you need them in the start, and then especially as we grow and we need more people, we will obviously hire whoever is needed to achieve our targets. 

Salary & Ad Revenue Share:

Your total monthly package will include a fixed salary and the full 100% ad revenue share. The salary will be high.

I am trying to make you a deal that will both give you stability in the short term, and a huge upside in the long term.

When it comes to the salary, I don’t have a figure in mind yet, it all depends on your background and the value that you can bring to the table. 

I’ll be asking you more details on your background in the next steps.

Now, talking about the Ad revenue share, as I explained before, it’s as simple as I wrote it. As we grow, since I want us to be fully aligned to optimize for growth, I want you to get compensated for that.

I don’t want to be rude but I truly don’t care about making potentially a couple of millions more in profit per year

So, every dollar made in Ad revenue will be yours.
