Purpose of this role:
The role of the Head of Sales is to overlook the B2B/B2C sales department and its functions. The selected individual is to manage the entire sales team with all its divisions, running through the day to day, planning and strategizing the commercial set up. The ideal candidate should have +10 years of sales experience through which he/she has managed a large sales team of +15 members and have a record of achieving company targets and maintaining growth. Should be familiar with CRM and MIS tools and have the ability to multi-task and prepare plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day of the sales function
- Set the structure and set up of the team to best fit the company objectives.
- Set up the go to market strategy and the commercial plan
- Prepare forecasts, and set up the targets and commission schemes
- Lead the team in winning deals and support the team members in achieving their individual targets
- Achieve the company financial targets and help plan growth strategies
- Support market analysis and competition reporting
- Set up KPIs for the sales organization that fit within the target achievement metrics
- Educate, train, and mentor the sales team member to better perform and increase their skills
- Govern the relationship with Key accounts and maintain healthy partnership
- Build strategic relationships with customers and partners that nourishes benefits to the company and assists in the exposure of the brand
- Assist and maintain a healthy collection process to keep a healthy cash flow.
- Prepare regular reports on growth, retention and profitability and develop action plans accordingly
- help in generating leads and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding company targets
- Market access – Existing relationships within the industry
- Strong character and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong comprehensive and communications skills
- Advanced technical knowledge (CRM, MS office, presentations, etc.)
- Leadership skills and ability to communicate goals, objectives, and gain trust
- Solid understanding of the local market across all Emirates
- Ethical and fair business practice
- Results driven. Meet or exceed expectations. Effectively overcoming obstacles
- Able to work with and contribute to a team environment towards a common goal
- Ability to lead and mentor a team towards achieving set targets
- Think outside the box and solve problems in a very effective manner
