Our client is one of the leading providers of comprehensive solutions for industrial processes, catering to diverse sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, and manufacturing. With a focus on cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships with global industry leaders, they offer a wide range of products but we are working with their Gas Analytics business to identify a Head of Sales to deliver value-driven solutions that drive sustainable growth and success for their clients in O&G / Petrochemicals / Cement / Power industries
As the Head of Sales for Industrial Process Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales focusing on Analyzers System Integration, Liquid and Gas metering Skids product lines. With a background in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, LNG, Gas Distribution, Pipeline, and Power Industry segments you will have experience of selling products and services designed to meet the specific needs of EPC contractors and End Users. Your primary objective will be to develop & execute Sales strategies to expand our clients’ market share, develop strong relationships with key clients, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and foster long-term customer partnerships
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, LNG, Gas Distribution, Pipeline, and Power Industry segments.
  • Expand and develop the existing product portfolio/customer base to achieve a 75 million AED top-line by end of 2025.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking within the industry, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and positioning our solutions as the best fit for their projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the executive team, outlining progress towards goals and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote our solutions and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.
  • Work closely with the technical team to provide customers with expert advice, product demonstrations, and technical support during the sales process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.



Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of at least 12 to 15 years in sales leadership within the Process, Instrumentation & Analytical System Integration Systems, Metering Skids or related industries, preferably serving the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
  • A ‘Game Changing’ attitude & mindset
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of industry challenges, with a proven track record in value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to perform at their best.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development and client engagements. May need to travel minimum 5 to 6 working days in a month outside UAE.
  • Understanding of EPC project lifecycles and the sales processes associated with serving EPC contractors and End Users.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
