Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)


The Head of Sales, GCC is responsible for leading the execution of AMINA’s sales strategy across the region. The role involves driving client acquisition, AuM growth, revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing sales teams to achieve growth expansion. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the UAE and broader GCC market, a strong network, and proven success in building high-performance sales and client management operations. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the group to ensure alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.


Your AMINA To-Do List


Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Work closely with regional and group leadership to develop the sales strategy for the region, closely aligning with company’s overall business objectives
  • Implement and own the execution of sales strategy including hiring and resource allocation
  • Lead the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, positioning the company to capture emerging markets and segments.
  • Drive market penetration and expand the company’s footprint in the Middle East, through both direct sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and forecasting processes to ensure profitability and competitive positioning in the market.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region, including individuals, corporates and partners
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions that drive value for both the client and the company.
  • Lead and close sales negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and relationship management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the team is well-equipped to execute the sales strategy.
  • Motivate the team and drive accountability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution and customer success.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct sales pipeline reviews, prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management for executive management.
  • Adapt sales strategy in line with industry developments and regulatory changes.


Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the Middle East region.
  • Working experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Middle East markets, particularly in [relevant industry, e.g., crypto, financial services, technology, etc.].
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Leadership experience in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
