The Transformation and Business Development Teams at Dyson are responsible for delivering key projects and workflows that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives in the current year and lay the foundations for the years to come.
About The Role
As the Head of Transformation for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Dyson, you will drive and successfully deliver critical business transformation projects designed to grow and expand our footprint in the region. This role requires you to lead complex, high-impact initiatives, optimize business operations, and support commercial negotiations with partners. You will oversee end-to-end project management across projects of varying complexity, ensuring best-in-class project management methodologies are maintained—including stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, change management, and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities include identifying, designing, and implementing change programs that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability, as well as working cross-functionally to re-shape operational structures and processes. You will analyse business processes, evaluate the technical and operational impacts of change, and foster strong relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and organizational alignment. Additionally, you will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that keep Dyson ahead of the competition and support ongoing business expansion in the MEA region.

About You
- A strong consulting and commercial background, with proven experience delivering business transformation.
- Degree qualified, combining analytical rigor with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Highly skilled in negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management, excelling at building strong relationships at all organisational levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, navigating multicultural environments with ease.
- Enthusiastic, committed, collaborative, thriving both independently and as a team leader.
