Job Summary

The Helper will provide physical support to the facility team during maintenance, transporting goods, holding the scaffoldings, assembling furniture, cleaning the premises.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff to clean the premises
• Assist the facilities staff in cleaning activities
• Perform garden/yard upkeep
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps, walls etc.
• Operate the man lift to assist the overhead maintenance activities
• Load and unload furniture to transport vehicles
• Install various furniture for Halcon Staff
• Help facilities technicians in mobilizing the material and tools to work site
• Assist the maintenance staff in wiring, repairing of mechanical, plumbing system and HVAC equipment
• Support the pest control activities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards
• Enforce and comply with all established policies and procedure
  
  

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• At least high school graduate
