The Holidays Commercial Officer maintains and support the commercial operations of Etihad Holidays, assisting in supplier management, contracting administration, and financial reconciliation. The role works closely with the Holidays Commercial Manager to coordinate with hotel and activity partners, track performance, manage incentives, and prepare commercial reports and presentations. This position ensures smooth execution of day-to-day commercial activities and supports revenue and margin growth across markets.

Accountabilities
- Support the Holidays Commercial Manager in day-to-day supplier coordination, including rate updates, contract follow-ups, and promotional offers.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance, revenue contribution, and incentive utilization.
- Prepare commercial reports, performance summaries, and PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and partner meetings.
- Coordinate with Finance to support invoice reconciliation, payment tracking, and commercial budget reporting.
- Maintain updated supplier data, contracts, and documentation in accordance with internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of marketing funds and cooperative promotions with partners.
- Support negotiations and renewal processes by providing background data, reports, and benchmarking insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth commercial operations and partner alignment.
- Respond to supplier queries and ensure timely issue resolution to maintain positive relationships.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, preferably in commercial support, contracting, or supplier relations.
- Basic understanding of financial reconciliation, reporting, and supplier agreements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or data visualization tools are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
