The Holidays Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap of Etihad Holidays. The role focuses on business growth, product development, and market expansion — ensuring Etihad Holidays remains competitive, profitable, and fully aligned with the company’s wider commercial and digital strategy. Working across internal teams and external partners, the role drives continuous improvement in product offering, customer experience, and overall performance.
Accountabilities
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world’s leading airlines. From its home in Abu Dhabi, Etihad flies to passenger and cargo destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. Together with Etihad’s codeshare partners, Etihad’s network offers access to hundreds of international destinations. In recent years, Etihad has received numerous awards for its superior service and products, cargo offering, loyalty programme and more. All this ties into Etihad’s ambitious Journey 2030 strategy. The airline plans to double its fleet size and triple the number of customers over the next six years as it sets out to be the airline everyone wants to fly!

The Holidays Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap of Etihad Holidays. Working across internal teams and external partners, the role drives continuous improvement in product offering, customer experience, and overall performance.
Accountabilities
- Define the long-term vision, commercial strategy, and roadmap for Etihad Holidays across multiple markets and product categories.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand the Holidays portfolio, enter new markets, and enhance profitability.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product positioning, differentiation, and strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Digital, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to align product, pricing, and campaign execution.
- Develop business cases and P&L models for new initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to define go-to-market strategies, promotional calendars, and brand positioning.
- Track and analyze KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, engagement, satisfaction) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous innovation using customer insights, data analytics, and testing to enhance the Holidays experience.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and operational readiness for all new products and partnerships.
- Represent Etihad Holidays in internal and external forums, championing the product vision and growth agenda.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in product management, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and commercial product strategy.
- Proven ability to define product vision and inspire cross-functional teams through execution.
- Solid financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
