Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables or assigned areas while maintaining proper seating flow.
  
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, ensuring a positive experience.
  
• Reservation Management:
• Handle phone and online reservations, accurately recording details in the booking system.
• Coordinate with the service staff to manage table turnovers and seating arrangements.
  
• Ambiance Maintenance:
• Ensure the dining area or lounge is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Monitor the guest area to ensure it meets high hospitality standards.
  
• Collaboration with Team:
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a hostess role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
