What You Will Do
- Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
- Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
- Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
- Pizzazz and shiny personality.
- 1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Previous experience working in the night life venue.
- Strong upselling skills.
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
- Excellent communication skill and fluency in English.
- Must be 21 years old and above.
- Work Authorization.
