• Experience in customer services roles in the travel and tourism industry
• Should have selling, promotional skills and Product knowledge
• Handling the overall operation of the sales programs
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company

Requirements:

• Good Command of German or Italian lanaguage
• Good Knowledge of UAE as destination.
• Previous experience in the Destination Management Company / Tourism industry
• Good communication skills and excellent in customer service/relation.
• Experience in international working environment
• Independent work style and can perform under pressure.
• Driving License is an advantage.
• Can start immediately.
