Housekeeping Supervisor - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and support your team in delivering outstanding service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for luxury and comfort.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Train, motivate, and guide housekeeping team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
  
  

What we need from you:

• Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in hospitality.
