Job Requirement:

• Follow the established communication and reporting tool for all defects in all staff housing areas, taking specific responsibility for the accommodation. Ensure a proactive approach to maintaining the properties and all fixed and unfixed furnishings in all the villas, public areas in the accommodation.
• Develop, source and suggest innovative and cost effective ideas to improve the staff housing facilities and ensure that standards are maintained in all of these areas.
• Responsible for all the maintenance of all the electrical mechanical, air conditioning and all household equipment of the accommodation.
• Assists the Housing Technician with any reasonable request.
