Position Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Admin to join our growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and coordinate with government entities on employment-related matters.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and managing offboarding processes.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements and organizing interviews.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• The candidate must be residing in UAE.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various HR administration.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience dealing with government entities related to employment matters.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Good knowledge and experience with computers and HR software/tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle confidential information.
