What are my responsibilities?

HR Administration

  • Manage general HR administrative tasks and oversee file management, including maintaining accurate HR databases and employee records, while ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, track progress, and actively contribute to the Taqdeer project.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Prepare documentation for employee medical insurance, including managing new enrollments and updating additions or deletions of employees and their dependents.
  • Ensure that all HR documents are quality-controlled and align with the internal QMS (Quality Management System) Manual.

Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding

  • Coordinate all recruitment-related administrative tasks, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and candidate invitations.
  • Follow up with candidates on the submission of necessary documents for employment visa processing (e.g., visa cancellation, attested certificates, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with joining formalities and preparing new joiners' announcements.
  • Facilitating a comprehensive orientation program with various departments to ensure new hires have a seamless transition and positive employee experience.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Administration or Recruitment Coordination within a multinational environment, preferably in the UAE.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • In-depth proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with an ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines effectively.
