Position Summary

The HR Administrator supports the People & Culture department by managing a wide range

of administrative, operational, and employee-facing HR activities. This role ensures smooth

HR processes across Dubai, KSA, and Kuwait offices while maintaining accurate records,

coordinating key HR programs, and delivering timely support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Communications

  • Prepare and publish employee birthday and work anniversary posts.
  • Support internal HR communications and announcements as required.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Support the team in coordinating and conducting employee inductions

Training & Development

  • Schedule, coordinate, and track online and on-site trainings across departments.
  • Maintain training records and follow up on compliance requirements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle Visa and Labor card renewals, cancellations, and related government processes.
  • Prepare new hire documentation and ensure proper onboarding workflows.
  • Support the team in managing probation follow-ups, documentation, and confirmation

processes.

  • Prepare and update employment contracts.

Process and verify leaves and generate letters as needed.

  • Maintain employee data accuracy.
  • Manage GPSSA registrations, updates, and monthly submissions.

Payroll Management

  • Support in preparing and process UAE payroll, ensuring accuracy of allowances,

deductions, attendance, and benefits.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Support hiring activities, including posting roles, screening applicants, and coordinating

interviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR admin or generalist experience preferred.
  • An understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll basics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneous
