At Trustbend Packers & Movers, we value the people who make our operations successful. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative and personnel tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure proper induction procedures.
• Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly.
• Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave records.
• Assist in organizing staff training, evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide general administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
