We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources. The role offers exposure to a wide range of HR administrative tasks and internal communications. Training and development will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Draft and send internal HR communications such as birthday greetings, welcome announcements, and general staff notices.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, welcome emails, and orientation scheduling.
- Support in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
- Perform other related duties and support the HR team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bachelors degree in HR or a relevant educational background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
