Missions/Main Duties
To provide administrative and operational support to HR and Admin department by ensuring smooth execution of daily HR/Admin/PR functions.

HR Assistant
Missions/Main Duties
To provide administrative and operational support to HR and Admin department by ensuring smooth execution of daily HR/Admin/PR functions.
The Key Responsibilities Include
- Prepare and issue employment contracts in line with company policies
- Assist in the issuance of employment letters, salary certificates, and other employee related documents.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide first level support to employees on HR related queries including policies, benefits and procedures.
- Support in managing employee leave records, approvals and balances.
- Ensure HR databases and systems are regularly updated and accurate.
- Handle and organize documentation related to visa processing and immigration services.
- Assist with the offboarding and exit clearance process, including collection of assets and processing final settlements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration or any related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR Administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of UAE Law and HR best practices.
- Prior experience or familiarity with UAE government/immigrations portals (DM/MOHRE/GDRFA/DC/AMER etc).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS office and HRIS systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
