We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in the HR field while contributing to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure all employee documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Maintain and update employee records in digital and physical formats.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and provide accurate information regarding company policies and procedures.
• Help organize training sessions, staff meetings, and employee engagement events.
• Track attendance, leave requests, and support payroll preparation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documents as required by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
