Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions, including conducting new hire orientations and facilitating training sessions.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by HR management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
