We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR Assistant will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with changes in employment status or personal information.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training programs.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, regulations, and laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
