Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events, such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company meetings.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
  • Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including performance management, employee surveys, and policy development.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing information.
