HR Assistant Manager

Overview:-

To collaborate with the HRBP in enhancing all Human Resources practices, policies, and procedures in a certain assigned business unit in order to achieve the company strategy, ensure an effective talent management and make HR a real business partner to employees and stakeholders, while promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

Responsibilities:-

• Builds and maintains the team’s data dashboards in order to provide the monthly input to the HRBP.
• Handling joining formalities Conducts new hire onboarding and orientation. Coordinate on Briefing of new hires.
• Handling Exit-interviews & coordinating with ex-employees
• Ensure 100% rollout and adherence to the performance management process
• Administers Darwin Box tool and assists/trains employees and make sure all data are uploaded.
• Supports the HRBP in implementing programs that help improve the employee experience (activities, satisfaction surveys, etc)
• Provide advice on employment terms, conditions, policies, and procedures
• Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, leaves and attendance management
• Assist in the set-up of new offices in the region (if and when required). Should be able to train the admins from other departments / locations on HR processes
• Ensure employees visa/ Labor / Insurance are done on time Payroll processing for all UAE entities.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

Strong in HR compliance

Master’s degree in HR

5+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist capacity

Experience in UAE market is a must

Immediate joiner is preferred. Positions requires travel to branch
