Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Support
- Be the part of the teams first point of contact for staff on HR queries.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Support in processing employee requests such as NOCs, bank letters, and experience certificates.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Help with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the right documents, access, and information to start smoothly.
- Support visa processing and ADEK pass applications in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and probation reviews.
- Track training and development opportunities for staff and maintain records of professional development.
- Support time and attendance tracking for employees.
- Assist with health insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Provide guidance to employees on general HR matters.
- Support the HR team with investigations, disciplinary cases, and maintaining confidential records.
- Help organize staff engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or similar.
- Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
- Recognised HR Qualification and/or professional subscription (eg CIPD) desirable.
- Experience working in a HR or people facing role is desirable.
- UAE Nationals will only be considered for this role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for HR, people development, and employee engagement.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Commitment to professional development and a desire to build a long-term career in HR.
