HR Assistant (UAE National)

Are you a UAE National with 1-2 years of HR experience? We're recruiting for multiple junior HR positions where you'll play a vital role in driving HR excellence and innovation!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with applications for visas, Emirates IDs, and labor contracts
• Support license renewals and track compliance
• Coordinate with Dubai government authorities and free zones
• Maintain documentation and digital records
• Guide new employees through onboarding procedures
• Stay updated on UAE labor and immigration laws

HR Operations:

• Update and maintain HRMS and employee records
• Prepare payroll documentation and respond to HR queries
• Support compliance with HR policies
• Track key HR processes and coordinate learning sessions
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and recruitment logistics

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in Administration, or HR.
• Career driven, and motivated to join a successful business and learn.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
