Under broad direction, partners with business leadership to develop and implement people strategies to positively impact business goals by translating business strategy to deliver advanced HR services and solutions. Guides business leaders on people management and drives experiential learning. Advises and partners with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business unit leaders on the implementation of new policies and the efficient, effective delivery of HR products and services. Supports the process and preparation of performance and succession planning activities to identify top talent and develop succession plans. Defines requirements and business needs for the development of leadership, workforce planning, succession planning, and organization capability strategies. Implements talent management and leadership development programs, strategies and initiatives within the business. Supports organizational effectiveness (change management, team effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, etc.) by consulting with leaders to identify challenges and delivering solutions and/or engaging with other parties within HR to provide necessary expertise. Direct management responsibilities may include coaching and mentoring people, developing and executing processes, or both. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related discipline. A minimum of 6 years of experience required. Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
