About The Role

Atlantis, Dubai, is a truly extraordinary, intriguing and unique destination resort, and we currently have a hotel based opportunity for an experienced HR Business partner to join our amazing Human Resources team at Atlantis!

Do you have a passion for Human Resources? Do you have experience of leading and managing HR initiatives and business startegies? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills, strong partnership skills and the ability to influence aligned business unit or functional leader? If you believe you have these skills, then we'd love to hear from you.

About you

If you have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience within Human Resources with 3-5 years at a Managerial level together with a SHRM or CIPD Certification level 5, and demonstrable experience in all MS Office Programs, HRMS Systems and preferably SAP, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity. Previous experience working in UAE is also desirable as well as high proficiency in business acuman and data analytics.
