Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Dubai (Hybrid) Office 2-3 days per week

Regions Supported: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar

We’re looking for a passionate Junior HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with experienced HR leaders. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and enjoy driving change, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a member of the HRBP team, you will:

  • Advise managers and employees on key HR matters, from performance management to policy interpretation.
  • Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and employee relations cases, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Support managers with company-wide initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, talent assessments, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and be a key player in implementing in-country changes.
  • Lead initiatives on absenteeism, health trends, and return-to-work plans, fostering a positive and healthy workplace.
  • Analyze people data to drive strategic decisions and provide actionable insights to the business.
  • Collaborate on exciting HR projects, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in an HR advisory or junior HRBP role in an American headquartered company.
  • Confidence in handling employee relations cases with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving HR excellence.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, with a focus on the Middle East (UAE, Saudi, Egypt, Qatar).
