We are seeking a driven and detail orientated HR Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience and a passion for talent acquisition to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and assisting with broader HR initiatives to drive organizational success.

We are seeking a driven and detail orientated HR Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience and a passion for talent acquisition to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and assisting with broader HR initiatives to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and reporting.
- Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job advertisements and social media content.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support with probation reviews and performance evaluation processes.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate and employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, including team events and wellness programs.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure an equitable hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems is highly desirable and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
