Responsibilities

  • Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings.
  • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

HR Operations

  • Managing day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • On-boarding & Induction of new employees.
  • Exit formalities.
  • Maintaining records and data accuracy, as well as protecting sensitive information.
  • Maintaining MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Responding to HR related queries and handling grievances.
