About the Role:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a fast-paced BPO and customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO/customer service roles
- Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records
- Support employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
- Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the BPO/customer service sector
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
