- HR Generalist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- In charge of HR processes deployment for MCA management employees.
- Manages HR local situations in accordance with BV guidelines
- Update/maintain the employee data in SF – HRIS.
- Maintaining Personal files of all MCA employees.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- HR monthly reporting and database maintenance.
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Assisting and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of performance management systems, including objective setting, assessments, and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify opportunities for employee growth, coaching, and mentoring.
- Assist in developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Support succession planning and ensure talent pipelines are filled with qualified candidates.
- Partner with leaders and departments to identify talent gaps and align workforce development with business objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, certifications, and performance reviews.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, HR events, development programs.
- Prepare reports on employee development activities, program effectiveness, and feedback to help guide future learning initiatives.
- Provide support in creating and updating competencies and career development plans.
