Responsibilities
- Conduct the full cycle recruitment process ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding to foster a welcoming workplace culture.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and suggest improvements effectively.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices.
- Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records for smooth HR operations.
- Develop HR policies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for company improvement.
- Assist in the resolution of performance-related issues with appropriate measures.
- Promote a culture of open communication and positive employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English both in writing and speaking necessary.
- At least three years of HR experience in a multicultural environment needed.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee situations efficiently.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment crucial.
