We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized intern to support our team in developing, updating, and maintaining process documents, policies, and various operational tasks as well as talent management initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, documentation, operations, and talent management.

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and updating process documents: Work closely with the HR Business Partner to create, review, and refine process documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Conduct research and gather information: Research and gather relevant information to inform process documents and policies.
  • Maintain policy repository: Organize and maintain a centralized repository of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with various stakeholders to gather feedback and input on process documents and policies.
  • Ensure compliance: Familiarize yourself with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring that process documents and policies align with these requirements.
  • Assist in payroll tasks: Support payroll-related tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Support internal communication: Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, or other materials.
  • Assist in analytics: Support data analysis and reporting tasks, including data collection, visualization, and insights generation.
  • Support talent management initiatives: Assist in talent management-related tasks, such as:
  • Tracking employee training and development programs
  • Maintaining employee records and databases
  • Assisting in performance management processes
  • Supporting recruitment efforts (e.g., scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications)

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program: Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and well-organized documents.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in process documents, policies, and operational tasks.
  • Ability to work independently: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Deliverables:

  • Updated process documents: Develop and refine process documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Policy repository: Maintain a centralized repository of policies and procedures.
  • Payroll support: Assist in payroll-related tasks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Internal communication materials: Create and disseminate internal communications, such as company-wide announcements or newsletters.
  • Data analysis and insights: Support data analysis and reporting tasks, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Talent management support: Assist in talent management-related tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
