As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to day to day HR operations and working across a range of HR functions. This is a great opportunity to bring in fresh ideas, get involved in a variety of activities and learn in a supportive, professional environment. The internship may be extended by mutual agreement.

The Successful Candidate’s Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job averts, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates)
  • Support the onboarding activities for new hires, facilitating a positive experience during their integration into the organisation
  • Liaise with external agents for visa and medical insurance processing
  • Maintain and update employee records, folders and documentation
  • Perform data entry, validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems
  • Learn and support compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Assist in preparing various HR letters (e.g., employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs)
  • Support in organising employee engagement activities
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at bringing continuous improvement


Person Specification/Desired Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE residence visa


A nominal stipend to cover transportation cost will be provided.
