The Successful Candidate’s Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job averts, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates)
- Support the onboarding activities for new hires, facilitating a positive experience during their integration into the organisation
- Liaise with external agents for visa and medical insurance processing
- Maintain and update employee records, folders and documentation
- Perform data entry, validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Learn and support compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Assist in preparing various HR letters (e.g., employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs)
- Support in organising employee engagement activities
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at bringing continuous improvement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE residence visa
