Job Title: HR Manager

About The Company
A well-established iGaming and tech-focused organization in Dubai, known for its dynamic work culture and innovative approach, is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting workforce planning and talent development
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll coordination
Address employee grievances and support a positive work environment
Requirements
8–10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 years in Managerial role in UAE
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to handle HR functions independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
