We are looking for a new HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai, UAE!

Essential job functions

  • Streamlining the visa process, from application to renewal and cancellation, along with managing related documentation such as medical tests and Emirates ID applications.
  • Overseeing the renewal and updating of licenses, establishment cards, and other essential government documents.
  • Managing medical insurance and employee compensation, including additions, deletions, and annual census preparation.
  • Handling recruitment processes, from headhunting to issuing offer letters, and coordinating with labor brokers when necessary.
  • Taking charge of payroll processing and quarterly payments, along with coordinating with accounts for vendor creation on DataZen.
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records and drafting official communications, announcements, and letters.
  • Organizing various office events and gatherings, fostering team building and employee engagement.
  • Providing comprehensive onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Negotiating contracts with hotels, vendors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Managing office-related matters such as stock supply, maintenance, and meeting room bookings.
  • Serving as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering positive relations.
  • Facilitating logistics for company events and providing support to the marketing team as needed.

Job qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree needed.
  • DMCC- Dubai Multi Commodities Centre experience needed.
  • 2-3 years experience in similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Detail orientated person, organized and motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Good teamplayer, good communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
