Job Description

We are looking for a HR Operations Manager in Dubai with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HR Operations and administrative processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.

This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on direct administration function, HR, policies, procedures, managing employee data, compliance and C&B.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of onboarding new starters and offboarding
• Manage the HR department, operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR policies
• Maintain and protect employee records and personal data in compliance with data privacy regulations
• Ensure that HR practices align with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Set up, implement and manage policies for the region
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirement
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
• Use data to track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance
  
  
  

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Adaptability, enabling the HR Operations Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
• 8 years of experience in HR Operations
